I'm curious, what is the ratio of millet and barley to rice? Is the water about the same for making regular rice?

Thanks Carlyn. I just peeled it and sliced it. It's really crunchy than way.

Hannah, thank you. I use 3 cups (Japanese cups) of rice, and about 2 Tbsp each of the millet and barley. I increase the water by a few Tbsp.
